Rise Above Therapeutic Solutions PLLC

About this policy

Rise Above Therapeutic Solutions PLLC provides this policy to explain information handling through our informational website. It is separate from our Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains our handling of health information in providing care.

Visiting the website

Our website does not have a contact form, public account system, or database for visitor messages. The website code does not use advertising pixels, visitor analytics, tracking cookies, or browser storage. Scheduling and the existing-client portal are linked separately rather than embedded in this website.

We use Cloudflare Pages to deliver the website. Cloudflare processes technical information about requests, which may include IP addresses, traffic-routing and system information. This processing supports delivery and operation of its services. Depending on the security features configured, Cloudflare may use security-related cookies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and cookie documentation for information about its services.

Contacting the practice

If you choose to email or call, you provide the contact information and message you decide to share. General office inquiries may be accessed by authorized administrative personnel to respond to requests, coordinate appointments, and manage practice operations. Access is limited to personnel whose responsibilities require it. Our business email uses Google Workspace. Ordinary email from an external sender is not guaranteed to be encrypted or suitable for confidential clinical information.

Please use ordinary email for general questions, availability inquiries, and administrative communication. Do not send detailed clinical information, sensitive health records, or urgent requests through ordinary email. Existing clients can use the separately identified Client Portal for their established account and secure client communications.

Retention of inquiry information

General administrative inquiries are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, manage follow-up communications, and meet applicable legal obligations. Information that becomes part of a clinical record is maintained according to applicable healthcare record-retention requirements.

Scheduling and other links

Consultation requests and the Client Portal open SimplePractice, a separate service with its own privacy practices. Other external links also take you away from this website. Information you provide on those services is handled according to their practices and any applicable practice notices. You do not need to use the portal to email or call with a general question.

Questions and emergencies

For questions about this website policy, email [email protected] or call (360) 362-0045.

Website contact and consultation requests do not establish a therapist-client relationship and are not emergency response services. In an emergency in the United States, call 911. For mental health crisis support, call or text 988.
