Who we are
Licensed in Washington State • Online therapy for WA residents
Rise Above Therapeutic Solutions is a Washington State–based telehealth psychotherapy practice serving adults throughout WA. All sessions are conducted securely by video for residents located anywhere within Washington, including Olympia, Lacey, Tacoma, and surrounding communities.
Our practice was built on the belief that meaningful therapy happens when people feel seen, understood, and supported — not rushed or judged. We help adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches tailored to each individual.
Therapy here is collaborative and structured. Rather than simply talking through problems, we focus on developing practical skills, emotional insight, and sustainable change so progress continues outside the session.
As a licensed clinical social worker in Washington State, care is provided within professional and ethical standards, using secure telehealth technology designed to protect confidentiality and privacy.
Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about your next steps, therapy offers a space to slow down, understand patterns, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Telehealth services are available only to residents physically located in Washington State at the time of session.
